  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided. 

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days, provided the item meets all eligibility criteria listed above. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cases are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 2–5 business days of receiving your order. Please include:

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In cases where an exchange cannot be completed, a refund or store credit may be offered.
